Being a Reverie Artisan is a title to be proud of. Not only because you have honed a craft and are seeking to build your own independent business, but because the work that happens at Reverie is really quite the dream.

At Reverie we don't take a cut from your profit margin and we don't charge listing fees. At least not in the traditional sense. We strategically add one dollar to your listing price and then we ask Reverie artists to advertise Reverie--driving in the traffic! This allows fees to be the lowest they can be while still keeping our collaborative platform operational.

We are company on a mission to empower each individual to make a living doing what they love!

How does it work?

We ask that you select a handful of your best-selling products to be sold exclusively at Reverie for a set period of time, advertise your offerings through our platform, and set the price you want to take home.

Your job after a product has been listed is to spread the word to potential shoppers, and wait for dreams to become a reality! The price you set is the revenue that you receive when a product is sold. Reverie will pay you for your product, and you will fulfill the order to the customer, ensuring exceptional customer service that will keep our shoppers proud of the art they purchased!

The traffic you bring in, combined by the shoppers brought in by all Reverie Artists, and our loyal customer base, together, is what the glue that holds us all together and exposes your craftsmanship nationwide. You're not just building the Reverie family, you're building your own business!

Each Reverie Artist has their bio posted, so that they can build their independent shop at the same time as teaming with other artists. Rather than marketing solo, we are a family, a collective unit at Reverie. We are working together to build to showcase of humbly crafted art nationwide!

As our company grows, Reverie has made a promise to remain Humble, meaning there will never be a "guy at the top" gaining more from your craftsmanship than you do.

The founder is an artisan just like you with a drive to create art, help crafted goods become a norm over mass production, and doesn't believe in reaping the benefits without putting in the hard work.

At Reverie, we strive to diversify our product line for our shoppers but at the same time want to ensure that artists are not competing with one another and are instead working together collectively.

To do this, we have Contracted Artisans that showcase a number of exclusive products on the Reverie platform for a predetermined length of time. This allows us to diversify the product line and welcome new artists who may have submitted an interest form to the Reverie family.

HOW IT WORKS

SUBMIT AN INTEREST FORM

By submitting an interest form you are telling Reverie that you are interested in becoming a Reverie Artisan.

Do you have:

a specialty that you have honed?
ability to recreate and replenish between 5-10 high-quality stock items?
the ability to fulfill orders and ship directly from your independent place of business in a timely manner?
a means to advertise through word-of-mouth, social media, or by some other appropriate means?
strong customer service skills, and a knack for building customer relationships?
a desire to set humble prices, meaning prices that consider value and affordability before profitability?
a desire to drive customers to your privately operated shop and/or become a Resident Artisan at Reverie?
have a strong sense of team and collective effort? At Reverie we celebrate every artist's success, and build one another up.

If you answered yes the questions above, we would love to hear from you. Please keep in mind that in order for Reverie to keep the artists' success in the forefront of our company, we only allow a select-number of artists per product category. Thus, there may be a waitlist for our most popular categories. Wait times are shorter, if you offer a product not currently showcased in the product shop.

While we wish we could showcase every artist, not every artist who applies will be selected as Reverie Artist. Whether selected or not, we truly do wish you the same level of success and know there are several platforms for you to showcase your work!

We like to think of ourselves as a stepping stone for artists. Think of it, like free advertisement!

Wider Audience for Your Product

The collective effort by Reverie Artists to drive in shoppers, across the nation, increases the chance your product will be seen. Think about the number of Reverie Artisans. Got the number? That is how many times over your product can be seen, if say you were advertising solo. Team work, makes the dream work right? And because you are showcases only your bestselling product, you have increased your chances that our shoppers will find them to be best sellers too!

Decreased Competition

We know that there are other platforms out there for artists to showcase there work, but often times because the market on those platforms is oversaturated with similar product, getting the customers to see your shop is solely on you and/or at the cost of advertising fees. At Reverie, most artists are only contracted with us for a set length of time. Hence why we consider ourselves a stepping stone. While an artist is always part of the family, what this allows us to do is to give each artist the limelight, and it keeps are artisans from competing with one another, increasing an artists success in sales.

Build a Following

But we will do you one better! Reverie encourages shoppers to explore their favorite artist and discover what more they have to offer outside of Reverie, so those customer relationships you build at Reverie...they can follow you. At Reverie we are a family, and family is not temporary and we want to see you exceed long after you are Reverie Artist. Empowered artists, empower artists!

Customer Support

At Reverie, artists are responsible for fulfilling orders and conversing with the shopper as needed. This is how customer relations building starts. If a issue can not be resolved, Reverie will review the issue and provide support.

No Listing Fees

Reverie mission isn't to gain financially from your sales as many of our leading competitors. We are not going to ask you to give us a percentage of your sales. We are not going to ask that you pay us a fee. Instead we will add $1 when we list your product to support operational costs of the platform...maintenance, licensing, insurance, human-power and the like. And when your product sells, Reverie will pay you, your asking price.

No CEO

There is no CEO sitting back and watching the money roll in at Reverie. Rather Reverie has a founder who is an artisan just like you. While Reverie is a new company and is not yet generating expendable revenue, the founder has made a promise to cap revenue with a pledge to fund community projects around the nation with the excess. Leaving a positive print on our communities is just another part of the the Reverie, and together we can make this dream a reality.

RESPONSIBILITY OF A REVERIE ARTISAN

Term Lengths

Artists are offered a thirty (30) day showcase term as a Reverie Artist, as long as artists remain in good-standing. Contracted Artists are permitted to showcase 5-10 products on the Reverie Platform.

Exclusive Products

When you submit your interest form, we ask that you show us your best-sellers. During your time as a Reverie Artist, selected items will be sold exclusively at Reverie during your term. This helps you drive in customers to Reverie, and other artists will be doing the same. Collective Advertising!

Drive Sales

It is common for artists who drive in a record number of sells and/or shopper traffic to be offered an extension term, with options to increase products showcased.

Provide Listing Information

Artists are responsible for providing accurate product information and professional product photographs, as outlined in the Artists Policy.

Price

Artist's are responsible for shipping costs, and the listing price must include shipping. Shipping will be listed on Reverie as free.

Fulfill Orders

Artists are responsible for processing after Reverie confirms a payment successful, including customer relations and shipping, as outlined in the Artists Policy.

Payment

Reverie issue payment to artists within 72 hours after you have confirmed successful fulfillment to the customer.

Refunds

Artists are responsible for reimbursing Reverie for any returned product.

Remain in Good Standing

Artists are responsible for being familiar with and adhering to Reverie's policies.
